Overview

The Island Peak (Imja Tse) Expedition is one of Nepal’s most popular trekking peaks, standing at 6,160 meters (20,210 feet). This adventure combines a scenic trek through the Everest region with a thrilling climb to the summit, offering breathtaking views of Mt. Everest (8,848m), Lhotse (8,516m), Nuptse (7,861m), Ama Dablam (6,812m), and other Himalayan giants.

The journey begins with a trek from Lukla to Everest Base Camp (EBC) and Kala Patthar, where you’ll witness some of the most spectacular mountain panoramas in the world. Afterward, you’ll proceed to Island Peak Base Camp, where you’ll undergo training for the climb before summiting. The return trek allows you to experience the rich Sherpa culture, Buddhist monasteries, and legendary Yeti folklore before flying back to Kathmandu.
