Trip Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival in Yuksom (5,643 ft)
    Activity: Acclimatization and exploration of Yuksom, Sikkim’s first capital. Visit Dubdi Monastery and Coronation Throne.
    Highlight: Cultural immersion in the Chogyal community’s history
  • Day 2: Yuksom to Bakhim (8,858 ft)
    Trek: 12 km (6–7 hours) through dense forests of magnolias and rhododendrons.
    Highlight: Crossing streams and spotting Himalayan wildlife
  • Day 3: Bakhim to Phedang (12,300 ft)
    Trek: 6 km (3–4 hours) to alpine meadows. Pass through Tsoka village (abandoned Tibetan settlement).

  • Day 4: Phedang to Dzongri (13,200 ft)
