Booking Your Adventure

To book a trip with High Mountain Wave Trekking, follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Trip: Browse their website or contact them directly to choose the trek, tour, or adventure activity that best suits your interests and schedule.
  2. Inquire and Confirm Availability: Once you've selected your trip, submit an inquiry through their website, email, or WhatsApp. High Mountain Wave Trekking will get back to you promptly to confirm availability for your desired dates and answer any initial questions.
  3. Receive Trip Proposal and Invoice: After confirming availability, you'll receive a detailed trip proposal outlining the itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, and the total cost. An official invoice will also be provided.
  4. Complete the Booking Form: To finalize your booking, you'll need to complete High Mountain Wave Trekking's official booking form. This form collects essential personal details, medical information (for safety purposes), and trip preferences.

 

Payment Information

High Mountain Wave Trekking requires a non-refundable deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due closer to your trip date. Here are the available payment methods:

1. Bank Transfer (Wire Transfer)

This is the preferred method for international payments.

2. Online Payment (Credit Card/Debit Card)

For your convenience, High Mountain Wave Trekking accepts online payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express).

    • You will receive a secure online payment link from High Mountain Wave Trekking once your booking is confirmed.
    • A 4% service charge will be added to the total amount when paying by credit/debit card to cover banking processing fees.

3. Western Union or MoneyGram

These services can be used for smaller deposits or last-minute payments if other options aren't feasible. Please contact High Mountain Wave Trekking directly for details on how to send payments via these methods.

4. Cash Payment (Upon Arrival in Kathmandu)

The remaining balance of your trip cost can be paid in cash (Nepali Rupees, USD, or other major currencies at the prevailing exchange rate) upon your arrival in Kathmandu, before the start of your trek or tour.

 

Important Payment Policies

  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30% of the total trip cost) is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The exact deposit amount will be specified in your trip proposal.
  • Final Payment: The remaining balance is generally due upon your arrival in Kathmandu, before the commencement of your trip.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please refer to High Mountain Wave Trekking's detailed Terms and Conditions for information regarding their cancellation policy and refund procedures.
  • Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within a short period (e.g., 7-10 days) of the trip start date, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
